RESOLUTION (Deferred until December 3, 2019, at staff’s request)	To authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Ace Glass Recycling of Little Rock, Arkansas, to perform Curbside Glass Recycling Services within the corporate limits of the City; to authorize and additional fee of $3.39 per residence to be assessed to each residence for such service; to authorize any necessary amendments to the Solid Waste Bond Funds; and for other purposes.

ORDINANCE	To provide for and to adopt the 2020 Budget for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the period beginning January 1, 2020, and ending December 31, 2020; to appropriate resources and uses for every expenditure item and fund; to declare an emergency; and for other purposes. (1^st Reading held on November 19, 2019) Staff recommends approval.
